Long-term rental in Budapest’s 14th district, on Erzsébet királyné útja: a 45 m² apartment in like-new condition, featuring 1 full room (living room-kitchen-dining area) and 1 half-room (bedroom), with plenty of natural light and a balcony, along with a 16.19 m² parking space in the Condominium’s underground garage (-1st level) and a private, lockable storage unit (5.76 m²) on the ground floor.

The Apartment has a bathroom with a shower stall, and the toilet is located in a separate room. The Apartment is heated by central heating; the doors and windows are made of plastic, and the windows are equipped with blackout curtains and shutters. The Apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, a built-in rangehood, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. In addition to the built-in closet, the other movable furniture shown in the photos (bed, nightstand, dresser, shelf unit, dining table, coffee table, garden furniture on the balcony) are also part of the rental, so the Apartment is essentially fully furnished and ready to move into immediately. Die Immobilien können in erster Linie als Gesamtpaket gemietet werden; daher suchen wir Mieter, die die Wohnung, den Parkplatz und den Abstellraum gemeinsam mieten und einen befristeten Mietvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von mindestens einem (1) Jahr abschließen.
